Recently, China Quality Mark Certification Group carried out annual surveillance audit over the operation of the integrative management system of three standards, i.e. GB/T19001-2008idt ISO9001:2008 (“Requirements for Quality Management System”), GB/T24001-2004 idtISO14001:2004 (“Environmental Management Systems – Requirements with Guidance for Use”) and GB/T22000-2006/ISO22000: 2005 (“Food Safety Management System –Requirements for any Organization in the Food Chain”) of Zhaoqing Fragrances Co., Ltd. The audit covered process technology department, quality control department, production safety department, purchasing department, marketing department, HR& administration department, production workshop, warehouse and environmental management facilities. The audit team spoke highly of the operation of our integrative management system of the three standards, and they expressed that our integrative management system of the three standards worked well, all departments met the standards and we could continue running as a certified company. With the opportunity of the annual audit, we achieved constant improvements in our management chain, our quality, safety and environmental management systems, and the safety management and environmental management during production process, to enhance product quality and the corporate core competences.
