On August 10th, 2016, Mr. YANG Cheng, General Manager of the Administration Department of Huabao Group paid a special visit to leaderships from China Association of Fragrance Flavor and Cosmetic Industries (“the Association”) in Beijing. Mr. YANG Cheng and his party were cordially received by Mr. CHEN Xuejun, Chairman of the association, Mr. MU Min, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association and Director of Flavors and Fragrances Division and other relevant leaderships; and the two sides held friendly talks.

Huabao Group has always keeping a close relationship with the Association, for Huabao Food Flavours & Fragrances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Shanghai Huabao”) assumes the position of vice chairman of the Association and many subsidiaries of Huabao Group are the executive directors and members of the Association. Mr. YANG Cheng reported to the leaderships of the Association on the development strategy in the field of flavors and fragrances of Huabao Group, focusing on the relocation in Tibet, renaming and the upcoming share reform of Shanghai Huabao. Meanwhile, he had further discussions with the leaderships on issues related to what positions and duties subsidiaries are going to take in the association after the leadership change, including renamed Huabao Flavours Co., Ltd., Shanghai Huabao, Xiamen Amber Daily Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. and how to cooperate in a deeper level. Chairman CHEN expressed congratulations on the achievements Huabao has achieved in the last decade and affirmed Huabao’s leading role in the industry. Both sides agreed to enhance exchanges and deepen cooperation in the future and jointly facilitate the development of Chinese flavors and fragrances industry.
