During September 18 to 19, 2015, the Group’s Financial System organized a training on comprehensive budget management and control, and the financial heads and key staff of all subsidiaries have taken part in the training with an earnest attitude.

A specialized financial training provider has been invited to deliver the training which involved the preparation process and method of comprehensive budget, budget management and control and budget-related financial analysis. The training instructors combined the theory with exercises and introduced a plenty of models and examples throughout the training to allow the staff to really immerse themselves in learning.

The training has boosted the knowledge and understanding of the staff at all levels of the financial system about the comprehensive budget management. At the same time, it has also set a solid foundation for the future comprehensive budge management work by improving the staff’s working skills, so as to make a contribution to the second-phase business development of the Group.
