On September 16, the food science professors from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) led over 50 senior students to pay a visit to Shanghai Management Park of Huabao Group. The visitors were ushered to visit the headquarters building and the state-level enterprise technology center of the Group and had a heated and deep exchange with relevant leaders of the Group at the subsequent symposium.

Ms. CHEN Jing, the GM of HR Department of Huabao Group Headquarters, attended the symposium and made a brief introduction of the corporate culture and policies about talent cultivation of Huabao Group. She said that Huabao extoled the employment mechanism of “identifying a good horse in racing”, tried to foster new employees to be featured by four virtues i.e. “morals, thought, capabilities and skills” and offered a wide space for all competent employees to develop themselves. She expressed a sincere welcome to USST students to come to Huabao for internship or work.

At the symposium, USST students vied with each other to pose questions about the departments of Peacock Company, personal career development planning and other aspects, and officials of relevant Huabao departments answered their questions patiently one by one.

Ms. LIU Fang, the GM of Huabao Peacock, had friendly exchanges with USSI students and encouraged everyone to pursue the life they loved and create a bright future in their career by taking an example of personal development. And at the same time, she wished a more comprehensive cooperation with USSI to facilitate the mutual development of both sides.
